recruiting will be conducted through competitive testing, based on the
principles of equal
treatment and achievements.
-Promotion system
Generally, those hired as full-time
employees
may,
after a given period has passed, take a
senior staff member screening exam. After passing this exam, the employee will be promoted to the position of senior
staff member. After another given period has
passed, they are eligible to be screened for promotion
to deputy director
level, with
performance reviews and other factors
opening up paths to promotion. There are also several courses
available for promotions to managerial positions (director
level and higher).
